The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to provide professional nursing services to residents in a designated care facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing independent nursing services and administering prescribed medical treatments
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to coordinate resident care and discharge
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to supervisors

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nursing education program
  • Certification in Physical Assessment and Intramuscular Injection
  • Current CPR at the Targeted Responder Level
  • Registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba (CLPNM)

We welcome applications from candidates who possess excellent communication skills, are able to work independently, and can prioritize care for individual residents or groups. Preference will be given to those competent in an Indigenous language and/or knowledge in Indigenous customs, traditions, and values.
