Job Title: Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Popular Fish House Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Determine the size of food portions and costs, plan menus and estimate food requirements, prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, order supplies and equipment, supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, clean kitchen and work areas, organize buffets and banquets.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
