About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our Global HR team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the successful implementation of our Workforce Time & Attendance system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the Workforce Time & Attendance system.
  • Develop and maintain detailed product backlogs to ensure effective project planning and execution.
  • Work closely with Agile teams to write and clarify user stories, participate in delivery planning and review, and assist with user acceptance testing.
  • Identify and resolve complex problems to meet business needs, applying HR and technological knowledge to design methodologies, models, and systems solutions.
  • Ensure all activities are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • College diploma or university degree in a technical field such as engineering or computer science.
  • Professional qualifications: IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).
  • Previous experience as a business system analyst, product owner, project manager, business transformation, and continuous process improvement.
  • Knowledge of WorkForce Time & Attendance, Success Factors, and SAP is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
