Senior Business Analyst Job Description

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business improvement initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Develop and maintain business process models and documentation
  • Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement business solutions to meet stakeholder needs
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of business analysis experience in electronic health-related projects
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Microsoft products
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of IT protocols and healthcare information systems
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with health care professionals and direct clinical data experience
  • Knowledge of human-centered design process and user experience principles
