Job Title: Car Wash Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Car Wash Team Lead to join our team at Horizon Autobody Collision Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our car wash staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
  • Establish work schedules

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: This position requires a physically demanding work environment.

Personal Suitability: We are looking for a candidate with flexibility and initiative.

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Language of Work: English

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week
