We're seeking motivated individuals to join our dynamic team at JK Home Services - KW. As an Exterior/Interior Painter, you'll be part of a hardworking crew transforming homes in your local community.

About the Role

We're looking for team players who are driven, results-oriented, and excited to make the most out of their summer. As a member of our team, you'll provide professional-level quality home services, including painting and staining for both interior and exterior projects.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the overall completion of projects, ensuring high standards of quality and timely completion.
  • Maintain a clean and organized site and project.
  • Deliver quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners, crew chiefs, and business owners.
  • Drop off flyers and market door-to-door in neighborhoods around work sites.
Requirements
  • Preferably some experience with hands-on work (no professional experience necessary); you'll be trained on how to take care of lawns and paint/stain projects.
  • Must have own car or reliable transportation.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Reliable and hardworking.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Coachable.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive hourly rates ($17.50-$20+/hr depending on experience and responsibility) and opportunities for increased responsibilities and leadership positions.
