We're seeking motivated individuals to join our dynamic team at JK Home Services - KW. As an Exterior/Interior Painter, you'll be part of a hardworking team transforming homes in your local community.

About the Role

We're looking for team players who are driven, results-oriented, and excited to make the most out of their summer. Our team provides professional-level quality home services, including painting and staining for both interior and exterior projects.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the overall completion of projects from start to finish, maintaining a high standard of quality and timeliness.
  • Maintain a clean and organized site and project area.
  • Deliver quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners, crew chiefs, and business owners.
  • Assist with marketing efforts by distributing flyers and promoting door-to-door in neighborhoods around work sites.
Requirements
  • Preferably some experience with hands-on work; no professional experience necessary, as we provide training.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle or transportation.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills.
  • Coachable and willing to learn.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive hourly rates ($17.50-$20+/hr) based on experience and responsibility, as well as opportunities for increased responsibilities and leadership positions. Bonus incentives and opportunities for advancement are also available.

Additional benefits include improved communication skills, the opportunity to work outside, and the chance to learn from a management level directly from the business owner.
