Diagnostic Sonographer

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Sonographer to join our team at Shared Health. As a Diagnostic Sonographer, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform ultrasound services as defined at regional and local levels and as requested by Physicians.
- Effective patient management, exam requests, diagnostic file management, equipment and supplies management.
- Maintain a safe environment in accordance with professional and provincial guidelines and ensure compliance with quality assurance program.
- Maintain standards put forth by Accreditation.
- Perform work in accordance with the Mission and Values of Shared Health, current policies, procedures and applicable legislation.
- Graduate of an approved and accredited Ultrasound training program.
- Active registration status with Sonography Canada in the appropriate practitioner category.
- CPR training requirements in accordance to the Employer policy.
- Previous related experience.
- Understanding of office applications in a Windows environment with experience working with Microsoft Office programs.
