Warehouse Associate

Brandt is seeking a skilled Warehouseperson to join our team at our Regina Pre-Delivery Inspection/Value Parts location. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory control in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with parts department and customer service staff to achieve fill rate goals
- Pick, pack, and ship parts according to issued pick lists, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Perform tasks assigned by the manager, including inventory management and loading trucks with finished goods
- Locate and record inventory in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Inspect outgoing shipments for damage during the loading process
- Count and record inventory as required, maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills and a strong attendance record
- Physical fitness to manually handle goods, steel, and products as required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience working under minimal supervision
- Experience operating forklifts and related equipment safely and efficiently
- Ability to work in adverse conditions, including extreme temperatures and slippery surfaces
