Warehouse Associate

Nedco, a leading electrical industry supplier, is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse/Counter Associate to join our team in Regina. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, store, and retrieve electrical products in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Process customer orders, inquiries, and quotations with precision and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and counter sales, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Participate in regular cycle counts and annual inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Contribute to a clean and organized work environment, adhering to established Health & Safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in warehouse and counter sales, preferably in the electrical industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to impart knowledge and resolve customer queries.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
