About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Lead Machine Learning Engineer to join our Data team. As one of our first Lead Machine Learning Engineers, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of integrative care by leveraging our mission and extensive data resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems that impact the success and growth of our organization.
  • Collaborate with our Data and Engineering teams to establish and build the necessary ML infrastructure to support our goals.
  • Work with leadership to identify opportunities where AI/ML can be leveraged to solve problems for practitioners and patients.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role, with a track record of successfully working cross-functionally with Engineering, Data, Product, and UX teams.
  • Experience with Large Language Models (GPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) and LLM frameworks (Langchain).
  • Demonstrated ability to understand different business domains and provide guidance and leadership in identifying opportunities to apply machine learning to solve problems.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical models, and data mining techniques.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Familiarity with common machine learning tools and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
