About the Role

Fullscript is a leading care delivery platform that enables health practitioners to design personalized health plans, provide support and education tools, and effortlessly prescribe and manage the use of healthcare's best supplements. We're seeking a highly skilled Lead Machine Learning Engineer to join our Data team and help shape the future of integrative care.

As a Lead Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge machine learning techniques to drive tangible value for our practitioners and patients. You will work closely with our Data, Engineering, and Product teams to establish and build the necessary ML infrastructure to support our goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems that will directly impact the success and growth of our organization.
  • Provide guidance and leadership in identifying and evaluating opportunities where machine learning and artificial intelligence can be leveraged to help practitioners deliver the best integrative care for their patients.
  • Collaborate with our Data and Engineering teams to establish and build the necessary ML infrastructure to support our goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role, with a track record of successfully working cross functionally with Engineering, Data, Product, UX to bring ML solutions to production.
  • Experience with Large Language Models (GPT, Gemini, Claude, etc) and LLM frameworks (Langchain)
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical models, and data mining techniques.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL
  • Familiarity with common machine learning tools and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
