About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at White Moon Homes Ltd. as a Project Lead. This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week, with English as the primary language of communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
    • Provide guidance and training to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Project Management
    • Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including production and other relevant data.
    • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed on construction sites, and that workers are aware of and comply with these regulations.
  • Personnel Management
    • Recommend personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, or disciplinary measures, as necessary.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Requisition materials and supplies, and arrange for their delivery to construction sites.
    • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure that construction work is carried out according to plans.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
