Construction Supervisor Role

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Supervisor to oversee our residential projects at Next Level Framing LTD. This position requires a strong leader who can manage both personnel and project timelines effectively.

  • Educational Background
    • Completion of a 1-2 year program from a recognized institution such as College or CEGEP.
  • Work Environment
    • Primarily outdoors.
    • May involve exposure to noisy conditions.
  • Work Setting
    • Involves both commercial and residential construction.
    • Willingness to relocate is preferred.
  • Key Responsibilities
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers.
    • Manage project schedules and workflow.
    • Oversee training programs for apprentices.
    • Recruit and train new staff members.
    • Estimate project costs and necessary materials.
    • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
    • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
    • Efficiently manage the operations of the company.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead a team of skilled Carpenters and Labourers.
  • Qualifications
    • 1-2 years of relevant supervisory experience in construction.
    • Personal attributes: Dependability, teamwork, and initiative are essential.
