Job Summary
Husky is seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts. If you have a keen eye for detail and are proficient in manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
• Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
• Post journal entries
• Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports
• Prepare trial balance of books
• Reconcile accounts

Work Environment
This is a permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
