**Job Description**

As a Licensed Administrative Assistant, you'll provide exceptional client service and support a high-performing financial planning team by performing expert administrative tasks. Your proactive approach will help maintain efficient operations, ensure seamless client experiences, and keep financial planners updated for client meetings.

You will own the process of client account transactions, including contributions, withdrawals, pre-authorized payments, and portfolio rebalancing. You'll also dive into data input, portfolio reviews, and ensure compliance documentation is up to standard.

**Requirements**

We're seeking an individual with at least 3+ years of experience in an administrative-based position within the financial industry. A post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

You should have strong knowledge of administrative processes and investment procedures, as well as a keen eye for compliance, securities regulations, confidentiality, and risk management. Proficiency in using financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
