Job Description

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome to our community
  • Greeting visitors and assisting with administrative tasks
  • Distributing notices and information to residents
  • Maintaining effective communication between staff members
  • Receiving and redirecting incoming calls
