The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000-$80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This role offers a versatile and varied opportunity to live your ambitions and have a positive impact on your own life as well as the lives of your clients and colleagues. As a Banking Advisor, you will adopt a friendly approach, listen actively, and offer a people-centric experience for branch clients.

Your Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and answer their questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Help clients use our banking applications and ABMs, providing them with expert guidance and support.
  • Listen to clients' needs and resolve situations that may be complex, ensuring client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Give advice and offer transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients, leveraging your knowledge and expertise.
  • Demonstrate the ability to build lasting business relationships with clients, based on trust, respect, and open communication.
  • Refer your clients to your specialist colleagues for their specific needs, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk management rules, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

Prerequisites
  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity.
  • Positive attitude and empathy for clients.
  • Interest in technology and skilled in sharing knowledge.
  • Ability to adapt to different situations.
