Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract and Claims Manager to join our team at Holcim. This is a senior role that requires strong expertise in contract management, claims negotiation, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction contracts and claims for large-scale projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects.
  • Develop and implement contract management systems to ensure compliance with project budgets and defend Holcim's interests.
  • Lead contract and claims negotiations, settlements, and dispute resolution, working closely with project management and legal teams.
  • Provide commercial awareness and contract management training to project team members.
  • Monitor and analyze potential risks and liabilities associated with projects.
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field, with in-depth knowledge of engineering contract structure and local regulations.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management, claims negotiation, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in contract interpretation, drafting, and negotiation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
