Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract and Claims Manager to join our team at Holcim. This is a senior role that requires strong expertise in contract management, claims negotiation, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction contracts and claims for large-scale projects, ensuring timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects.
  • Develop and implement contract management strategies to minimize financial impact and delay to Holcim.
  • Lead contract and claims negotiations and settlements, working closely with project management and legal teams.
  • Monitor and analyze potential risks and liabilities associated with projects, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with project teams, procurement, and legal departments to ensure effective contract management and claim resolution.
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field, with a strong understanding of engineering contract structure and local regulations.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in contract management, claims negotiation, and project coordination, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software and document management systems.
