Maintenance and Engineering Director

PepsiCo Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Maintenance and Engineering to lead our Western Canada Supply Chain team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for championing quality, cost, service, and safety performance, while driving organizational health and effective change management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Maintenance and Engineering department, focusing on employee and team development, people planning, and performance management.
- Develop and coach Managers, Supply Chain Leaders, and Team Members to solve operational issues and achieve performance outcomes.
- Drive business performance while minimizing people impacts through effective change management.
- Maintain P&L responsibility over maintenance cost centers, including repair and maintenance, maintenance labour, utilities, and capital improvement plans.
- Ensure regulatory, environmental, and legal compliance related to Maintenance and utilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or similar.
- Technical and leadership experience in lieu of education may be considered.
- Unwavering commitment to performance and achievement of exceptional business results.
- Project management skills, including business development, compensation, continuous improvement decision making, employee benefits, group leadership, and interpersonal skill leadership.
