  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, including maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop food service staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Working Conditions:
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 44 hours per week.
Personal Suitability:
  • Client Focus: Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
