Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BarBurrito. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our fast-paced environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train new staff members in their job duties, as well as our high standards for sanitation and safety procedures.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Recruit and hire new food service staff to join our team.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service, ensuring that they meet our high standards.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
Work Environment: Our food service establishment is a fast-paced environment where you will be working under pressure to meet the demands of our customers. As a member of our team, you will be expected to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. You will also need to be proficient in English and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
