Job Description
We are seeking skilled professionals to join our board as Leaders in Non-Profit Governance. As a member of our team, you will provide strategic guidance, support fundraising efforts, and contribute to our organizational growth. Your expertise in governance, compliance, and fundraising will help us achieve our mission and make a lasting impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require strong leadership skills, with experience in strategic planning, policy development, and stakeholder engagement. Your knowledge of Canadian nonprofit law, governance, and compliance will also be essential in guiding our organization's decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance on governance, compliance, and fundraising
- Support fundraising efforts and contribute to our organizational growth
- Collaborate with the CEO, staff, and operational volunteers to drive our mission forward
- Attend board meetings and serve on at least one board committee
- Contribute to budgeting, financial planning, and risk assessment

Time Commitment
