Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Lead to join our team at Rocky Mountain Chocolate. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our chocolate factory, ensuring that all production processes are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize production efficiency.
  • Monitor and control production costs, ensuring that they are within budget.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all production requirements are met.
  • Train and develop production staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a production leadership role.
  • Proven track record of improving production efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
