Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chocolate Production Supervisor to join our team at Rocky Mountain Chocolate. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our chocolate production process, from raw material receipt to finished product delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and control the production process, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a food processing or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency and productivity in a production setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
