Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient workflow
  • Authorize payments and returns, maintaining accurate records
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues in a timely manner
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring stock levels are optimal
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

This is a permanent, 30-hour per week position with a focus on providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment.
