About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Sovereign Construction Management Limited. As a key member of our site operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation
    • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from project sites.
    • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Material Handling
    • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
    • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Site Maintenance
    • Clean and pile salvaged materials.
    • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with repetitive tasks.
    • Handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as required.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic.
    • Work effectively as part of a team.
