Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Representative to join our team at Fraserway RV in Kamloops. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting customers, determining their needs, and selecting products that best match their lifestyles.
Job Description:
We are looking for a full-time Business Development Representative who can work 5 days a week, 8:30am - 5:00pm, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of customer needs, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers, determine their needs, and select products that best match their lifestyles.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service and support.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales performance.
- Participate in regular sales training and coaching sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
