About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team at Encivil Contracting Inc. as a Heavy Equipment Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, position or place equipment and materials in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, position or place equipment and materials in accordance with safety protocols and company procedures.
  • Perform routine maintenance work on cranes to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on safety.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in crane operation.
  • Boom Truck Crane Operator Trade Certification and Mobile Crane Operator Trade Certification.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
  • Manual dexterity, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to work in an urban area and high-rise building construction sites.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in an urban area and high-rise building construction sites, with a typical workweek of 30 to 40 hours. The role requires the ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
