Crane Operator

We are seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team at Sanghera Crane Service Ltd. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, position, or place equipment and materials.
Key Responsibilities:- Calculate crane capacities and ensure safe operation
- Operate mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, position, or place equipment and materials
- Clean and lubricate cranes to maintain optimal performance
- Assemble tower cranes on site and ensure proper installation
- Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports persons with disabilities
- Provides physical accessibility accommodations and visual accessibility accommodations
- Provides auditory accessibility accommodations and participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees
- Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees
- Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster
- Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition
- Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees
- Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees
- Does not require Canadian work experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
