Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate financial and production records to ensure efficient farm operations.
- Provide high-quality agricultural crop services, including plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers to achieve optimal crop yields.
- Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed at all times.
- Monitor and maintain quality control and production records to identify areas for improvement.
- Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Hire and train staff to ensure a skilled and efficient workforce.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform general farm duties as required to ensure smooth operations.
