Farm Workers Supervisor Job Description

Noor Greenhouse Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and experienced Farm Workers Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial and production records to ensure efficient farm operations.
  • Provide high-quality agricultural crop services, including plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed at all times.
  • Maintain quality control and production records to optimize crop yields and minimize waste.
  • Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Hire and train staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform general farm duties as required to support the team.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure to meet production targets.

Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Hours:

35 hours per week.
