The B.C. College of Nurses and Midwives is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Analyst to join our Information Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the Azure infrastructure, Citrix environment, and Helpdesk function, providing support to the Consortium via the Service Desk by resolving information infrastructure related helpdesk tickets, and escalating issues and requests as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the Azure infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Support the Citrix environment, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.
- Provide Helpdesk support, responding to and resolving information infrastructure related helpdesk tickets.
- Evaluate and escalate issues and requests as needed, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the protection of personal information of registrants and staff.
- Design, develop, and implement privacy compliance programs, ensuring organizational compliance with provincial laws regarding privacy, freedom of information, security, electronic transactions, and protection of information assets.
- Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs), support the completion of risk assessments, and conduct related ongoing compliance monitoring activities.
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
- Minimum 5-7 years' technical experience in IT infrastructure.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to simultaneously manage several projects with competing deadlines with a focus on quality, accuracy, and reliability.
