Job Summary


Fraser Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Facilities Planner to join our team. As a key member of our Strategic Planning department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to our patients and clients.



Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the master planning of clinical initiatives by consulting with clinical programs, hospital services, and other user groups to identify clinical needs.
  • Develop project charters, business cases, and functional programming documents to support clinical facilities planning.
  • Assess clinical facilities requirements by reviewing clinical benchmarks, research, and best practices.
  • Facilitate the approval of clinical facilities and strategic initiatives by incorporating project proponents into a submission document.
  • Provide work direction to the project team and ensure that assigned project activities and cost targets are followed and monitored.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a clinical health science discipline.
  • Five years' recent related clinical experience, including two years' experience in a healthcare leadership role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare delivery systems and project management principles.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and evaluation skills.
  • Ability to supervise and provide work direction to others.
