Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chef Manager to join our team at Mont SUTTON.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus in collaboration with the restaurant manager;
- Lead a team of cooks in preparing and cooking food for the day's menus;
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment;
- Manage inventory and prepare orders;
- Assist in receiving and controlling foodstuffs;
- Perform other related duties as required.
