Airport Appliance Store Manager

As a key member of our Airport Home Appliance team, you will play a vital role in driving sales and customer satisfaction. Your leadership skills and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences will be essential in achieving our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the merchandising and marketing teams to ensure effective product placement, promotions, and visual merchandising.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and ensuring a clean and safe shopping environment.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to meet business needs and ensure a positive store culture.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to sales staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, preferably in the appliance industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Relevant experience in sales leadership, preferably in a retail environment.
