Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our Airport Appliance showroom team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Collaborate with the merchandising and marketing teams to ensure effective product placement and promotional activities
  • Ensure a safe and clean store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and visual merchandising
  • Provide coaching and training to sales staff to improve their skills and performance
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff
  • Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and support
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in retail management, with a focus on sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
