Printing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Printing Supervisor to join our team at GAM CREATIVE MARKETING SOLUTIONS LTD. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our printing department, ensuring that all production tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Production Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement production schedules, manage workflow, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and mentor a team of 5-10 production staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all printed materials meet the required standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving materials, equipment, and supplies, to ensure that production needs are met.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role in a printing or production environment
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The work language is English, and the work environment is fast-paced with a focus on attention to detail.
