Key Responsibilities- Production Management: Supervise and coordinate the production team to meet deadlines and achieve production targets.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all printed materials meet our high standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of materials and supplies, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet production demands.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any production-related issues that may arise, ensuring that production is not disrupted.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a production or supervisory role.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a noisy and dusty environment.
