Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Associate to join our team at Canadian Tire. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process incoming shipments, including inspecting merchandise for damage and verifying quantities
  • Store merchandise in a safe and organized manner, using inventory management systems to track stock levels
  • Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Operate a forklift or pallet jack to move merchandise around the warehouse
  • Process customer orders and prepare merchandise for shipment
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve inventory management goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or stockroom environment preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
