Production Material Handler

Valvoline Global is a leading provider of automotive and industrial solutions, with a rich history dating back to 1866. As a Production Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient production and delivery of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage production and bulk inventory of finished products in IBCs for deliveries by Direct Market trucks or inventory replenishment as needed.
  • Load and offload daily DM Trucks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Consolidate partial DM Market IBCs for inventory management and efficiency.
  • Off-load inbound loads for production requirements as needed.
  • Support the Production department with various duties and responsibilities.
  • Participate in safety and lean programs, initiatives, training, and special projects.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma
  • Proficiency in SAP
  • Knowledge of TDG & GHS requirements
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fork-lift proficiency
Physical Work Requirements:

Occasionally: Sitting, Walking, Reaching, Turning, Grasping, Pinching, Pulling

Frequently: Standing, Carrying, Climbing, Bending, Stooping, Crouching, Twisting

Occasionally: Heavy Pulling & Lifting (100 lbs.), Moderate Pulling and Lifting (50 lbs.), Light Pulling & Lifting (20 lbs.)
