Job Summary

Zim Recycling is seeking a reliable and efficient Material Handler to join our team. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading products and materials from trucks, containers, and storage areas
  • Moving products and materials within the warehouse using manual or mechanical equipment
  • Labeling and packaging products for shipping
  • Receiving and storing incoming shipments
  • Sorting and stacking products in a safe and efficient manner
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a warehouse or material handling environment is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
Work Environment

Our warehouse is located in an urban area, and public transportation is available. The work environment is dynamic, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
