Mechanical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Project Manager to join our team at Saxon Mechanical Ltd. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of our mechanical projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, focusing on critical path activities to ensure timely completion.
- Budget and Deadlines: Monitor project finances and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and meeting deadlines.
- On-Site Coordination: Collaborate closely with Foremen and Superintendents, providing clear direction and support.
- Change Management: Handle additional work requests and changes, submitting accurate quotes and coordinating drawings.
- Adaptability: Be prepared to tackle other duties as needed to maintain project momentum.
To succeed in this role, you will bring 5-10 years of combined industry experience and be self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed expectations. You will need to be familiar with mechanical contracting and associated components from both HVAC and plumbing. Additionally, you will be approachable and professional with customers and have some previous experience with Microsoft Suite.
