We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our Mobile Development team. As Team Lead, Mobile Development, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented developers to design, build, and ship high-quality products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

About the Role

This is a critical leadership position that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and drive results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional technical skills, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mobile development.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication, ensuring that team members feel empowered to contribute their ideas and feedback.
  • Drive Results: Set clear goals, prioritize tasks, and focus on delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Requirements
  • A degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience in mobile development.
  • Proven experience in leading teams, with a strong track record of driving results and improving processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical skills in mobile development, including iOS and Android platforms.

  • A competitive salary range of $160,000 - $220,000 per year, based on location and experience.
