Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet our busy service demands.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train new staff members in their job duties, as well as our strict sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we always have the necessary stock on hand.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent position.
  • 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Work Language: English.
