Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Study and Regulatory Assistant Intern to join our Drug Development Program at the Princess Margaret Hospital. As a member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and high-quality data collection.

Responsibilities
  • Scanning and archiving source documents related to clinical trials
  • Coordinating clinical trial materials, including tracking and distribution
  • Assisting in data entry, query resolution, and study-related administration tasks
  • Drafting and submitting research ethics or institutional approval applications as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a health or science-related field or equivalent experience
  • Currently enrolled in a diploma, degree, or graduate certificate program at Seneca College, preferably the Clinical Research Program
  • Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work effectively under pressure
