We're seeking a skilled Sales Associate to join our team at The Home Depot Canada. As a Pro Account Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our commercial customers, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial customers to identify their needs and provide solutions.
- Proactively drive sales and assess current customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with customers to pursue new account growth and generate business leads.
- Maintain knowledge of marketplace dynamics, including new suppliers and products, and inform customers of changes.
- Provide quotes and track accounts to reflect current customer records.
- Achieve and exceed sales and credit goals while delivering a strong customer experience.
- Desire to build relationships and connect with members of the industry.
- Strong interpersonal and computer skills.
- Action-oriented attitude and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive edge.
- Flexibility to be scheduled from Monday-Saturday between 6am – 6pm.
- Ability to be active and on your feet, including ladder climbing and lifting.
- Combination of sales, retail, and home improvement industry experience.
- Multilingualism is an asset.
