Adjunct Faculty Position in Business Education

About the Role:
Lambton College of Applied Arts & Technology invites applications from qualified and passionate individuals interested in teaching business-related courses. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering instruction in-person or online at the college's Centre for Graduate Studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.
- Develop and deliver course materials, including lesson plans and assessments.
- Provide instruction and feedback to students in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
- Follow the college's policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Master's degree in business or a related field is considered an asset.
- Teaching experience is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
