Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our early childhood educators in delivering programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting early childhood educators in implementing program activities and projects;
  • Engaging children in educational activities such as storytelling, singing songs, and preparing crafts;
  • Recording and submitting written observations on children to early childhood educators or supervisors;
  • Participating in staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children;

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • Experience working with children in a similar capacity;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances;
